Restrictions on OnBase Feature layers:

• Esri Web maps are not supported using Esri Portal Online or Portal On-Premise. It is recommended that only custom Esri JavaScript maps be used with Query and Find operations, or the ArcGisRuntime 10.2.7+ can be used to display features.
• Some contains Query operations are not supported and can depend on wild card settings for OnBase keywords.
• Document Dates must be searched for using where clause using the Query operation.
• Find operation only support keywords and not document date.
• Currently in 17.0 caching is not enabled, so much care must be taken in terms of performance and number of queries made per client.
• Only JSON data is returned along with the formatted JSON if requested (f=pjson).
